Process is so easy, customer service readily available and convenience of completing on my own time is wonderful. Course was easy to complete at home on my own time and skills test was very convenient and user friendly. Will definitely use again next time my certification is due."
"DO NOT DO THIS 20 years of doing CPR courses every 2 years. This is by far the worst thing I've ever seen. Lessons teach you nothing, like absoultly nothing. Then you arrive to skills training session to empty room where no one can bother to show up. The instructor calls after you've stood there for 10min, texts you instructions that don't match the computer screen. Then puts you on hold for 20min. I reporting this because operation because it should in no way qualify anyone to do CPR."
"I did my BLS renewal here and it was quick and easy. You do the online course at home and then go in to their office to do the hands on skills portion with the mannequin. You enter a code to get in to the locked office which is just a couple empty rooms with the mannequins and do your thing without an instructor present. This was my first time doing my certification in a non classroom setting, but it was much faster and I liked how you get live feedback on the mannequins with quality of compressions and ventilations. It only took me about 20 min to do the hands on part, and watching the instructional videos a few times before going in probably helped a lot. Got the copy of my BLS card to my email immediately after. I would definitely use them again for my renewal."

"Just renewed my BLS certification at this center. Though at first it was hard to find I recommend just head out early and drive around before your session starts to look for the center. The logos on the front door really helped. I was initially curious how it would be without a live person but the whole set up was easy to navigate. Just look at the signs on the way and listen to the instructions during the skills test. It may take a couple trials to get used to but the feedback was great and efficient. Highly recommend!"
