An always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, & professional staff. I never post, however I read a suspect bad review for them. I’m doubtful about that account. If it happened, maybe it happened at All Season, before they merged? Sounds like customer service at a big box store. Definitely not SOP @ T&B, I can assure you.
