They would call with confirmation. Two months later, nothing was done and no follow up call. I called them and a relationship advisor said that an electronic signature was ok. So the financial consultant did not know what he was doing. Called the other firms and initiated the transfer myself. Seriously evaluating my decades old relationship with fidelity based on how bad it is working with the Dublin office. The San Francisco office was much more professional, but it’s a schlep."

She left our 401k in cash and sold our funds at the bottom of the market. We finally invested our funds on our own & asked Fidelity to remove her from our accounts, she called to find out what she could do to help us, my husband told her to call back the next day & she never called us again.
