She gave us such an education on our needs and how to resolve them. We are going through a new experience and didn't know where to start. The fear of doing some thing wrong or not knowing what we didn't know was giving so much anxiety. Ali worked with us and helped fill out forms, we were able to get so much done. What was not able to be completed wasn't as stressful as it could of been trying to do this process on our own. She gave us a game plan, An ABC order of what the next steps were and what was needed for us to complete our needed tasks. It was wonderful, the confidence she gave us that we were going to be ok .
