"Today I realized my brakes on my bike needed to be replaced. I ride my bike every single day and it’s crucial for transportation, so replacing the brake pads was important to me. Without calling or making an appointment I rode my bike down to Stape Cycles and talked directly with Andrew, the shop owner. I let him know I was looking to get my brake pads replaced and was curious if he had availability for it to be done by end of day. Not only was he able to get it done for me, he knocked it out in a very timely manner. I had my bike ready to go an hour after I dropped it off. Stape Cycles was an excellent experience and I even got some tips and tricks from Andrew for future use! Great guy and runs a good business. Will be happy to return again. Thank you!"
