"Super good experience! Very convenient location! Shout out to all the staff that bring friendly and helpful and super quick in doing their job! Would come back more for any work needs to be done."
"Jorge and Vanessa helped me to cash a 4-year old check today, and I am very grateful. I forgot to cash the check when I closed my checking account with BoA. I then moved abroad. I tried to call BoA several times to have a new check sent to me abroad, but it was not successful, because 1. my account was closed. 2. I was a student when I had the account, so I didn't have a SSN. I walked into the bank today with the expectation that I will need to come back again because the check is old and I no longer have an account. I ended up walking out of the bank with cash after 10 minutes! What a pleasant surprise!"
"Victor Luo ("the financial advisor") was unhelpful, and borderline unprofessional. I wanted to get some information on opening a checking account and an IRA account before a certain deadline and was directed to him by the staff at the counter. He repeatedly stated that he is "too busy for this", ran around looking for other staff WHILE HOLDING MY DRIVER'S LICENSE, took my personal information (phone number and current address) but then just suggested that I should just try to call my existing bank in the East Coast to set up the IRA. I also didn't appreciate the borderline racist remarks. Not only did he flat out ask me if I was of "green card status" when I first sat down, he made a back-handed compliment about how "good" my English is, and then chided me when I told him that I didn't have time to switch my east-coast banking to the west coast (telling me that "it's no excuse"). I ended up going to a Chase Bank where they were able to set up an account for me WITHIN MINUTES. Just all around unprofessional - he would benefit from remedial training. I would not do business with BoA in the future."
"Blazing new frontiers in "bankers hours" this branch arbitrarily closes to take an hour lunch break. B of A also continues to milk the pandemic for all it's worth: over half of their other branches in the area remain closed. Please don't call me a valued customer, I'm obviously not valued, and not much longer will I be a customer of this slipshod excuse for a financial institution. You can see that they close for lunch on this attached photo... oh wait... no warning at all about closing at random for lunch. Thanks for wasting my time again, B of A! Signed, "valued customer" PS see also photo of the line-out-the-door of other victims."
"I tried to call to ask if they had a safety deposit box available and the phone line was busy. There was no option to wait on the line so I scheduled in in-person appointment online; in the space where it asks whether they should know anything ahead of time I wrote that if there were no boxes available to please email or call me so I could cancel the appointment. I received no email or call. When I showed up they told me to wait (for 15 minutes) even though I had an appointment. Eventually someone spoke to me and said they had no deposit boxes available. I told them I'd written when I scheduled the appointment that if this was the case to please let me know and they hadn't. They didn't apologize and refused to contact other locations to check if they had boxes available. Very frustrating and insulting experience."
