"Stop Using Banks. They are holding all of our money for free. they deserve a rug pull. Let's cash out people. They closed my account for nor apparent reason. I've been a client for the past 10 years with tons of inflow and stopped using the account for 2 months and came back to see it closed without any prior notification. I'd like to see massive bank failures this year 2024"

"Paul Sun is my banker, who moved to the Palo Alto office after the Mountain View location closed down. I have worked with Paul the past 3 years and I have always found him terrific! Paul is consistently very professional and resourceful and he always considers what's in my best interest and the best interest of my family. He is why I will continue to consider Wells Fargo my primary bank, and why I am loyal to Wells Fargo, even though I have accounts at other banks. Thank you, Paul, for all that you do!"

"Hotel staff called to confirm they do currency exchange. I called again personally to confirm that I do not need to be an account holder. The lady said Yes. I confirmed I'm speaking with a person in this specific Wells Fargo branch. Again, the answer was Yes. I regret not asking for her name as reference. When I arrive later, I was told that I have to be an account holder. I spent $20 on Uber to get there only to be turned away. It is not the teller's fault as it is policy. HOWEVER, some education is needed for the employees who answers queries over the phone."

"We walked in 45 minutes before closing for simply getting 1 page document notarized. No other customer was in the bank. They said oh you needed an appointment and the guys sitting at his desk doing nothing said to the reception that he will not do it without appointment. We ended up rush rushing around town to a few ups offices until found a place. I will cancel all my accounts with this bank. horrible experience."
