"Rented from the Grovers a few years back. The place I stayed at was nice enough for the rent I payed, and they were good about fixing stuff up at the place when asked. Never tried to screw my roommates and I out of money (didn't take any of our deposit unless it was something we obviously damaged). As far as landlords go in Winona, I had a good experience with the Grovers, and would rent with them again."
