"Lived here over a year and an amazing place to live. Great residents, incrediable management, Jen and Rick do an out of this world job with the property. Best apartment living in my life. The property is always clean, secure and kept up, Use to own multiple properties and managing is always a challenge. Jen always takes the lead on resolution of property issues and gets it done. They added more parking which was really needed, community events it keeps getting better. Thank you for a great living experience."
"Lived here for 3 years, one of the best apartments I've lived in. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious with huge ceilings and good appliances. A great location downtown within walking distance to anything. Dog friendly. Management has always been extremely helpful and nice. They do a great job of keeping everything clean and taken care of."
"Been in the Washignton crossing apt for about 4 years now. Very disappointed in the rapid management change. Privious management was outstanding and bilingual."
"Have lived here a few months and it is a truly gorgeous apt - spacious, huge windows that cover about 2/3 horizontal wall space and from about 3' above the floor to the spectacular 14' ceilings! This in LR & both BRs. The kitchen is large with many cabinets & a great layout. There are ceiling fans in the LR & both BR's - I know they cut my AC (central!) costs considerably. Lots of closets! Large BA. Elegant Art Deco High School Bldg renovated in keeping the 1925 origins historically accurate... some Apts have the original painted on "Principals Office", "Nurse's Office", etc above the entry doors. I'm lucky to face NE on the courtyard, which is prettily landscaped. The party room is HUGE - partial kitchen, 1/2 BA, lots of tables & chairs, French doors opening onto the courtyard, fireplace w/TV above and recently, new couches & chairs. Lovely! Maintenance & Manger respond very quickly to requests and everything is extremely well kept & clean! Wish there were garages, but there is more than adequate parking. No students - no rowdy parties, neighbors keep to themselves. I think this is the best kept secret in Winona! I do prefer the HS bldg to the Jr. HS - seems a bit more elegant, though Apts in the Jr. HS have unique exposed brick & some nifty layouts - also a courtyard there and an open-concept recreation room!"
"I have lived here for 7 years and love it. Management and maintenance team is fantastic. The apartments are light and airy and have charm left from when it was the old high school and middle school. Lots of windows and exposed brick. Just love it!"
