Clover Patch Apartments

"Poor management, never hold up to what they say. My neighbors dogs poop ALL over the sidewalk, I called about it and she said she “would see what she can do” also emailed 4 months ago about the light outside of my apartment being broken and hanging down(SUPER UNSAFE) still nothing has been done about it. My neighbor is also constantly harassing me and tell me to “control my children” (6 months and 4 yr) called about that too and still nothing has been done. Highly disappointed I’ve lived here for 2 years definitely miss the old managers."

"Worst place, would not update flooring when I moved in that had tears in it, carpet was old and not stretched properly. Cold, bad windows. They raise rent every year and do nothing. In 4 years there had 4 managers. Don't keep it up. When I moved out had a professional cleaner spend 4 hrs on it and the management charged me 3 hrs of cleaning off my deposit. Charged me for things that were broken when I moved in. They have people who use drugs, deal and do nothing. Had a person there stating he was going to kill us all and they ignored the threat to occupants. Had request in to fix closet door for 4 months and they never fixed it the cleaner I had in fixed it. If you have any choice go elsewhere. Still considering calling a lawyer about deposit."

"Needs to be revamped on the windows, siding and INSULATION!! THEY RAISED THE RENT BY $40 THIS YEAR! They promised for at least the last 3 years that they were going to make those improvements and NEVER HAS AND NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL. I HAVE TO PAY AN ELECTRIC BILL OF $165.00/ MO DURING THE WINTER MONTHS FOR A SMALL ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT!! NOT WHAT I CAN AFFORD!!"
