Farmers Insurance - Suzanne Taylor

"Maybe I caught Suzanne on a bad day. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt & can't remember the last time I wrote a negative review. Suzanne had such a rude tone with me in the 3 minutes that we spoke (I was calling as a new client to get a quote). It felt like I was bothering her the entire time. She mentioned halfway through our convo that she was with another client (which I had no clue about & would've been totally OK with her calling me back at a better time). After painstakingly jotting my name and number down, she never circled back with me, and I'm writing this review almost a week later. I was left disappointed, and also surprised, seeing as though she has other positive reviews."
