"I've been enjoying coming for the biscuits and gravy combo, this time I got it and it came with the biscuit separate the gravy separate. I had to take it home open the biscuit and the gravy barely covered both of them top and bottom. Plus the price went up the combo with the medium coffee ended up being 13.73. Not sure if I should come back for the biscuits and gravy, sad customer."

"Drive thru attendee was rude & unpleasant. According to the receipt her name is Martha R. Ordered a guacamole bacon burger only. Not a difficult order. When I arrived at the window she handed me my bag then stepped away & returned with my receipt & credit card. When she handed me my receipt I said "I think you gave me the wrong receipt". I ordered a Guacamole bacon burger". she replied "NO you order the number 3." I stated "no I ordered the guacamole bacon burger".. Again she replied "you said a #3" I replied "I never stated a number" She rolled her eyes and rudely asked for my bag. I said never mind and left with the #3 I didn't order !!!! Very bad attitude for someone who works with people. May I also add she was yelling at me twice on the speaker to pull up to the 2nd window- No one in line at the drive thru. I had taken a moment to look at their breakfast menu. Don't think I'll be starting my day there!!"

"Was not pleased with the staff at the drive thru, not friendly and messed up the order 3 times before coming to the window to make sure the order was correct and paid. Got my food and immediately noticed that not only was there practically no dressing on my sandwich and it looked partially dried and un unappetizing, went to check my burger to find that practically all the lettuce was white and accompanied by a dry and hard chicken patty. Disappointed about the location, don't think i will return to it."
