"I was in such a panic over how to deal with my debt situation after I lost my court battle to a creditor. I considered my options and ultimately chose to file for bankruptcy. My paperwork was completed in full and on schedule. My bankruptcy petition was submitted in a little more than two months. I received preparation from Mr. Fuller for the creditors' teleconference call 341 meeting (meeting before the Trustee). I was feeling prepared on the scheduled meeting day, and things went smoothly and well. I finally received an envelope from the Fuller Law Firm two months after the meeting, inside of which was a letter titled "Order of Discharge" that had been filed with the Bankruptcy Court.
