"I usually don't write reviews online, but I believe Joy and her team well deserve it! Joy was referred by one of our family friends to her agency a few years ago, we met with her to set up both the auto and homeowner policies with Farmers sometime in 2013, it was a smooth transaction, Joy was very friendly and helpful to help us to understand our insurance needs. Ever since we met her in 2013, we never contacted her until our last accident in June this year. We were hit by other driver, so we filed the claim through the other company, but they were trying to decline our claim.
