"I bought a 2023 Husqvarna FC 450 yesterday from them. Started it today and the bike was burning motor oil. Literally brand new bike. Burning motor oil. Called to see what they'd do to remedy it, replace it with something...No. they said bring the bike in and we'll send it to Husqvarna's warranty process. Meanwhile I'm out $10,000. And haven't even got to ride the bike. Cody at sales was rude when I asked for them to replace it, and everyone acted like it was a big joke. I'll never go back"

"Great customer service and fast shipping! They had my part when nobody else in the US had them , they were discontinued by Suzuki. They could have jacked the price up on me, but they didn’t. The parts guy was super cool as well and very fast to contact me back. I would likely travel there, because of this, when I purchase a new bike. Next is either an R1M or CBR1000RR-R, if they have it, I’m calling them first."
