"I like the selection of plants here. It seems like they're keeping up taking care of the plants then before. They used to have a bag to put your plants in after you buy them. I don't want to get dirt in my car. They might have a sheet of plastic but that doesnt work for a small 4 inch plant. It would be nice to have a small box. Also, they never have a cart there. You have to go walk all the way to the other side to get a cart. And if you have a hip problem it's really hard on you to walk there"

"Do not buy anything you need a warranty for here. Especially Craftsman tools or appliances. They change the rules like a spoiled child. I was referred to a Craftsman phone number, the automated system, 30 min. Later resulted in me being no closer to a replacement. The fact that they lie to customers to get them to buy, then change it up to wash responsibility. You pay warranty prices, but don't, in fact, have the warranty when the time comes. They know this won't be, but maybe 30% of people, half of whom will be complacent and not care, so their bottom line doesn't get hurt.. just their customers. Lowes is good for consumables, like paint trays.. but this building professional will not buy any large ticket items here again. The workers are nice, though. They tell you nicely to get F%$##, with a smile."
