"My wife and I had the chance to spend time at two previous Rooney Property locations (in between home ownership) before choosing the one that was perfect for us. Each time we were renters we tried really hard to maintain the cleanest place we could knowing that companies that rent out units LOVE renters who pay their rent on time and keep the place nice and clean. Because of this. the management at the Rooney Properties seems to treat us like their most important clients. I feel that this renting business works both ways for us renters and for the owners. Each of our town homes has been either new or near new and we kept them nearly perfect because unexpected things happen sometimes moves are necessary. Yet, this unit seems perfect for us, so we intend to spend a long time here now that we sold our house. I appreciate the attention we get here if we need it. The staff is quick to respond to questions and are cheerful when answering any concerns or issues. In new buildings there are always some things needing attention. We are very pleased with the way we have been treated and plan on being the best tenants in the system. We know it will be to our advantage here. Our place is lovely and has tons of storage, the neighbors are civil and not having to maintain a lawn or driveway is music to my retired ears. We love it here."

"Rooney Property Management is a great company! After owning our tiny ranch house for nearly 20 years, we sold our home and moved across town into a Townhouse. We LOVE our Willow Creek Townhouse in Chippewa Falls! We have so much more space than we've ever had and fantastic amenities: Four bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, a laundry room, a 2-car garage, a nice deck off the patio, gas fireplace, small pets allowed, and lawn care/snow removal included. In addition, it is a great neighborhood on the edge of town with new townhouses, duplexes, single-family homes, sidewalks, street lights, and several ponds with water fountains. We hesitated to return to renting after owning a home, but we are delighted as we are nearing the end of our first year in our townhouse. The management is terrific. Shout out to Krystal, our Property Manager. She is so great to work with. Also, the maintenance group is amazing! A couple of months after moving in, the dishwasher had some issues. After contacting them, they came in the next day and swapped out the dishwasher with a brand-new one. We just renewed our lease for another year and plan to continue here for years to come.
