"Worst customer service no accountability no guidance and I think these people that work here are just racist. Let me explain I literally stood in front of the cash register to get checked out and they just stare at you and not say a word, but once a white person walks in they are greeted and ask if they need help where’s my greeting and on top of that I’m literally waiting 10-15 mins after I asked several times if I can get checked out and they say they have to Check something in the back few minutes later they come back and say whos next like I haven’t been standing there as they ask the other people who are white if they are ready like they don’t know I haven’t asked and just standing there with my items in my hand. This isn’t just one incident this is every time I come here I thought at first nah they are just busy nope but when my wife goes in she’s white in and out greetings and happy smiles."

"My pool vacuum was not working. Nichole at Leslie's was very nice. She said she will look at it in the next day or two and fix it. After a week and several visits she said it was fixed and after I paid $120 it was given back to me. Now it worked a little bit better but it was not fixed. I learned that Nichole has just learned how to fix things there and is learning as she goes. I also learned that this is not her primary responsibility. So when she has time from everything else, she works on vacuums. So customer's vacuums just pile up and she will get to them when she gets to them. But she gives you a good promise of she looking at them in a day or two but in reality, you should expect a week or two. After you get it back, it will probably not work right because she is just learning. So then expect to take it back and wait another week or two. Because they put you back at the end of the line. You will end up with a summer without a pool vacuum if you take your vacuum to Leslies to get fixed. That is what happened to me. But remember, Nichole is really nice. The manager there also does not care a bit. Save your time and go somewhere else."

"This location literally has the worst customer service and could careless about their impact on the customers. They have zero ability to manage time to make an impact where it matters. I would rather order off line before stepping foot in such an under class business. The absolute worst people in our society, the location should close the doors fire every employee and try again."

"Most unhelpful staff. Literally couldn’t be more unhelpful if they tried. Needed a cap, simple, anywhere else we have shopped would order if they didn’t have it in stock or generally sell, lady didn’t even look at what we had or needed said “no don’t have that try somewhere else” even asked her if she could look what we were talking about and she laughed and said no they don’t order anything. Sarcastically saying “have a nice day” as we left. Will never go back and suggest you don’t waste your time."
