"Had a bad experience with Joel, 8 years ago. He made very poor decisions for my daughters case, double billed, scheduled, forgot things from meetings, rescheduled to discuss the same stuff all over again. He put my daughter in the worst financial position and basically blew her legal case by catering to the opposing lawyers demands.( It was a fancy law firm and legal team and he seemed focused with getting their praise) He stated repeatedly in emails he didn’t know anything about real estate law, but guessed at the right route for my daughters case.
