The UPS Store

"Today I got horrible service from a man that works there. He has dark hair and he has facial hair. He did not want to work on my request and let everyone else go in front of me. He told a customer that he did not want to work with me. I went to Kinko’s in Sausalito and the staff are skilled and polite. Plus the store is much nicer and is large. Do not bother going to the UPS store on Blithedale. The one in Corte Madera is much better. I cannot believe how rude that guy was to me. I used to be a regular and I am never stepping foot in that store again."

"David mistreated me while I was waiting. I was next in line when he decided to pick the girl behind me. Later, he claimed she would only take "2 sec," and that's why he preferred to help her first. The problem with this lie is that he took way more than that right in front of me, at my expense. I did want to clarify the reason why he did it, but he insisted and ended up not helping me after all. I felt discriminated against. Whether he was racist or something else, I demand a clear answer. You don't treat people like that."

"I just witnessed the owner Matt Jones bark at an innocent nice lady. He was screaming and blowing up at a stranger. Guy has issues. Don't go here. Sausalito UPS is where the nice people are."

"I rarely post reviews, but this UPS location deserves 5 stars. Their employees are always tremendously nice & helpful — to the point that it throws me off every time I go into this store because I feel like really good customer service is such a rarity in this day and age."

"Despite the fact I had to print nearly 400 pages and that I asked what I would consider to be an annoying amount of questions the worker who assisted couldn't have been nicer. This was somewhat of a last minute project I had to have completed by Sunday and I came in around 9am Saturday my project was packed and printed by 9:30. Many thanks to the employee who helped me, he truly saved the day!"
