2 Grandmas & A Bunch of Kids

"We had called and scheduled for our infant to have care set up when my wife was only a month or two pregnant for after her maternity leave. With less than a month until my wife is due to have our Baby, we called to confirm care for 3-4 months from now and they gave our spot to someone else. Now we are stuck trying to find infant care with nowhere to go. What makes it worse is we have had our other 2 children go there and they know we always paid every cent we were supposed to. Be careful when counting on them for care"

"Poor communication. Never could tell me so much as what my kids ate for lunch let alone anything else. Make you get your kid for every little thing like crying or mosquito bites. Gave me 1 week notice that I should look for a different place. 1 week, right after school started and madison closed a lot of centers ."
