"As far as estate law goes they appear to be competent (we worked with Doug). I also appreciated that they were willing to conduct my elderly mother’s business at her home (we paid for travel time). My frustration with them was the lack of responsiveness. Follow up was less than stellar. I had to stay on them. It took about 5 months to accomplish a change in trustee and I am still waiting for the revised document. I am withholding some payment until I get my deliverables and refusing to pay finance charges."
