"My son and I moved into a nice 2 bedroom at pondview in August and we are very happy being here. The playground/pool area is great and safe for the little ones. Maintenance is very nice and does a great job. The office staff are very kind and helpful. I love the secure doors, makes me feel safe with my son. The name pondview really fits the place, every window i have looks out to a beautiful view, we have already seen a few deer. I would definitely recommend these apartments."

"This is a place of incredible people living together in harmony! The management is so much more incredible than any I've come across! I can't say enough good things about these condominium homes. Any problems are quickly and professionally taken care of! It's quiet, it's tranquil because of the 28 acres of ponds and forest, and wildlife!!!! It's really a great place to live!!!!!"

"I moved in during the month of August in 2017. I totally love this complex. This is the best complex that I have ever lived in. The hallways are always clean, the office staff are great and the maintenance staff are awesome!! The minute you submit a maintenance request they make sure to inform the maintenance staff ASAP. This complex always sends Birthday Cards and little trinkets especially during the Holidays. They also have little fun activities that they do at least 6 times out the year for the tenants to win things. The office staff are not snotty or rude, and they also go out their way to help others. I've had them fax so many sheets and print documents out so many times it's not even funny. The maintenance staff always go out their way to help. I've gotten help with my freezer and car which was not part of their description. One of the maintenance guys always says "LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING". They make living here really fun!!! I love the amenities, However, the only thing I don't like is that we do not have a community room. But other than that I love it here!!!!!"

"I have been living here over a year now, I didn’t want to give a review at the beginning of my stay. So here is my honest review: “Pondview Apartments overall is a very nice place to live. It is very pet friendly, and most of the residents who have dogs do pick up after their pets, they are a few who do but it isn’t that bad, I love the fact that they do provide bags for us, that’s a great plus. There is a lot of storage space, a underground parking spot comes with the unit, there is a pool that my boys use, and also half basketball court that they also use. For the smaller kids there is a playground. Never had any issues with the neighbors, if I could change anything it would be that maintenance is somewhat slow, hopefully this will change, I heard that they hired another person so time will tell.” I recently just resigned my lease and I was given the option to sign for 24 months which I did, oh and at Christmas time you get a present, for your birthday you get a card, the office staff has treats for your pets, and in the monthly newsletter you can win prizes (but you do have to participate to win) I hope that this review was helpful to anyone look to stay at Ponderview…give it a try I think that you would love it."
