"Wasn’t so much a maintenance request that could be taken care of. City has been doing work on main road and it affected water line, which manger was not aware. Maintenance did call promptly to address concern and sort out any problems. Appreciate timely response and pleasant and helpful demeanor."

"I’ve been living here for a little over a year now. The inside of the building is very nice. Most of the residents are respectful of others. However there have been some things that have rubbed me the wrong way over time. The washer machines often break down, and there are only 2 wash and 2 dryer in the building. Winter time is a pain with the lot. It doesn’t get plowed often. The shared utilities system they use really sucks. Especially because it promotes a lack of self awareness when it comes to conserving energy. Management also pulled a fast one on me. They told me I had to pay a “1 time” non-refundable pet fee for bringing pets into the building. Well when my wife and I decided to get another cat, they made us pay another non-refundable fee. Overall I do like this place because of the relatively cheap rent, nice area, and respectful management team."

"This is a very late review, but I lived in the remodeled unit at Central Village for 4 years. I had no issues whatsoever. Management & maintenance were great. When I moved out, I was in a panicked rush to get everything out in time, but they were very kind in allowing me to finish gathering my things when they came for the walk-through. 10/10 :)"
