"Got less than 2hrs on a full day Rental, blades were damaged when picked up and one broke in just over 1hr of use. Took back and guy was not helpful, didn't fix broken blade and wanted to charge me another half day Rental to take at a later time. Still ended up paying for a full rental. Have pictures and filed complaint with BBB."

"Have gone by this business hundreds of times and assumed it was strictly tools etc. I was wrong!!! Stopped in to inquire if they had tables and chairs for a graduation party ... and do they ever!!! Great prices!!!"

"Rented a tent for our wedding. The straps were bright orange! I asked to replace them with white and the guy very rudely said they didn’t have enough white straps so he could just take the tent back. (Well, we needed a tent) The tent was dirty, patched up with white duck tape, white support boards were beat up and barely white, I had to cut a bunch of red ribbon off of the inside rope from a prior party. A different guy who picked up the tent was equally as rude and swore at us. The white chairs we rented were chipped and dirty. Had to clean them up and just deal with the beat up chairs. What a mess to deal with when getting ready for a wedding. Regret that I didn’t take photos for this review."

"We rented tables and chairs and they were all filthy and some of the chairs were broken. When picking up and dropping off I felt like I was walking into a place where nobody spoke American English. They mostly just like to talk in grunts."
