"The bathrooms were dirty, there was a gorilla in the shower while a monkey washing his hands. There was takis in the refrigerator. And the lake was very cold. There was a random person trying to sell me wet pizza, and there was a tree growing on the pillow. then PAUL BUNYAN himself tried to chop down the cabin. Do not recommend."

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The cabin was very clean and the grounds very well maintained. The lake was wonderful and though we did not fish others did and caught quite a few. The owners are super nice and eager to answer any question. I would recommend this place to anyone and we too will also be back. Thanks for the great stay!!"

"It's getting harder and harder to find a resort that can accommodate the needs of our large extended family. PBR and it's owners Barry and Julie met them all. All of the cabins were clean, well stocked and in good repair. The lake provided ample good fishing and watersports. The lakeside yard provided plenty of room for outdoor games. The docks were solid and easily accommodated our boats. There were plenty of picnic tables available for outdoor meals and even a shed where we could gather when the weather was threatening. The ATV and biking trails nearby were an added plus. Rice Lake is a gem of a town with stores and restaurants rivaling much larger cities. After doing this annual vacation for 22 years straight now, I have to say that PBR tops the list of the many other resorts we've stayed at! We will definitely go back!"

"Our cabin was 8 & very clean & loved the fireplace!! Fishing was great, rented the pontoon & it ran like a dream!! Barry & wife are very friendly & very accommodating!!! Landscaping is something you don’t see at fishing cabins! Pretty!!! The docks are very very nice!!! Would highly recommend this resort & can’t wait to go back next year!!! Our group took four cabins & NO one had any complaints!!!!"

"Let me just start by saying the owners, Barry and Julie are wonderful, down to earth and made our stay enjoyable. Now let's talk about our accommodations. The Coffee Pot cabin is where we stayed. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, water was Hot, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fishing almost right off the deck, and close to the ATV trails. As we were there to 4-wheel for the weekend.we are planning our next trip and will definitely stay here again."
