West Cap

West Cap is a non-profit institution located at 1107 Heart Island Parkway in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, United States. We provide essential support to individuals and families in need, offering food assistance through our 39 distribution sites and helping with heating, electric, and energy crisis situations. We also assist with housing stability, case management, and rent assistance to ensure families have a safe and secure place to call home.

In addition, we offer opportunities for adults to improve literacy and enhance job skills, as well as support through a low-interest car loan program.
