"Rooms were standard and enough for what the 2 of us needed for a quiet getaway. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The shared balcony was beautiful to sit on, watch the water, and read a book while enjoying nature. We even saw an otter! We stayed Sat & Sun nights in late October. Sat night there were a few other rooms occupied and the reviews that talk about thin walls are spot on. We could easily hear our neighbors in their room, doors along the corridor opening and closing, dogs barking, etc. Sun night it was just us left and it was glorious."
"VERY nice place to stay! Not only was the cabin clean, and spacious enough for the two of us, but had everything we needed for a wonderful nights stay! Also they made it special for us while celebrating our anniversary. I really enjoyed the view from the patio and wished we could have stayed longer. I would absolutely go back and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area."
"My husband and I came here for part of our Wisconsin trip and loved both the lodge and Rice Lake. Every room has a lake view and we enjoyed having kayak rentals included with our stay. We expect to be back again soon!"
"Really friendly service. Clean rooms. Plenty of hot water for showers. Delicious scones for breakfast. Pontoon rentals are a bit old, but if you don’t care about the fancy “schmancy” stuff, they get you out on the water to fish. Memory foam beds and mini fridges for saving leftovers. Well water in rooms. Finally, the locals say not to swim in the lake (Rice Lake), so we drove 25 minutes to Silver Lake for an afternoon of swimming."
"The room and grounds were beautiful. The owner and receptionist were sincerely warm and caring. A sanctuary for enjoying peace and nature. A great place to unwind. Really great restaurant down the road. My mom (soon to be 95) did not want to leave and we have already booked another stay in October. Thank You Curriers Lodge."
