"Misa was wonderful to work with from the first moment -- would recommend him to anyone. He called back less than 5 minutes after I filled out an online inquiry. I had a lot of questions about lease vs purchase given specific incentives. He took the time to walk me through everything -- both in terms of total out of pocket cost and monthly payments over time. Really helped ensure I ultimately did what was best. His responsive, knowledgeable, and humor helped melt away the stress that comes with making any large purchase. In terms of the car itself, he knew it inside and out. Took the time to walk me through everything that would have changed from our 2017 volvo -- from the infotainment system to the engine to the glove box. It was the most efficient buying process I've ever had, but was still after hours by the time we finished since I showed up at 6. Still though, he spent an extra 30 minutes with me after they closed & I signed walking through everything in the infotainment system to make sure all the settings were how I'd want them, patiently helping while I logged into google systems & debated minor changes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"I have been waiting one of their used car (2022 Tesla Model 3) since Thursday. The salesperson Ali Sheik told me to not come because the car is in the service for reckon. And he told me he will let me know when the car is ready. All of a sudden they told me the car is sold. Salesperson Ali never contacted me, I called him no response. I made my cash payment ready to buy it. It’s highly unprofessional, and he wasted my all week."
