In terms of the car itself, he knew it inside and out. Took the time to walk me through everything that would have changed from our 2017 volvo -- from the infotainment system to the engine to the glove box. It was the most efficient buying process I've ever had, but was still after hours by the time we finished since I showed up at 6. Still though, he spent an extra 30 minutes with me after they closed & I signed walking through everything in the infotainment system to make sure all the settings were how I'd want them, patiently helping while I logged into google systems & debated minor changes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."
