"I used to rent an apartmemt that Peter smothers manages for the owner. I was planning on moving out and Peter offered me my last month of rent free if I stayed for another year. I took him up on his offer and did not pay my last months rent. One month after I moved out this guy tried to charge me 3000$ for a bunch of b.s. charges and the most expensive charge on the bill was for the "free" month of rent. He claimed I didnt give proper notice. I did btw I gave them 60 day notice for a month to month lease. I wouldn't recommend red key or Peter Smothers to my worst enemy."
