"I will not be back to shopko optical not only because on world of mouth Hudson and word of mouth new Richmond people have complained that their prescriptions were not correct. But also because when I went in today to purchase glasses I didn’t understand what the associate said to me regarding my out of pocket cost so with an attitude she responded “like I said…” now 4 hours later I get a call being advised that I was given incorrect change and now must drive all the way back to Hudson from St. Paul to return the memory that they mistakenly gave me. Not when I pick up the glasses that were purchased no tomorrow I have to make a 40 round trip drive to rectify a mistake they made."
