"Turns out another dentist said everything they did to my wife was completely wrong. Sounds like they run a scam operation here. Not to mentioned they scheduled me and her both appointments without us actually scheduling. They never called my wife to confirm and they claim she never showed (duh) and then wanted to charge $45 for missing. They did the same to me, but they confirmed the appointment I never made the day before. Funny, because I vividly remember why I did NOT schedule. I was leaving the country. Terrible business. Find another company to deal with."

"I hadn't visited the dentist in 7 years but I finally made an appointment at Park Dental because my insurance covers it. I don't think anyone can say they enjoy going to the dentist, but they made my visit as enjoyable as possible. Brittani did a great job with my x-rays and cleaning. She was very thorough and gentle and explained everything to me along the way. Dr. Barsness was very nice as well. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Park Dental."

"We've been seeing Dr. Mike for 10 years and he's a great dentist. Unfortunately, Park Dental has implemented poor policies that infringe on people's rights. I spoke with two women, one who answered the phone for the Hudson location and another who called me back from the Park Dental in St. Paul, and neither seemed to care much that we're switching dentists due to these ridiculous and useless policies. If you're looking for a dentist in Hudson that respects your freedoms, a simple Google search will yield three near the top of the list, and one of the three is NOT infringing on people's rights. Dr. Mike and Spark, you will be missed, but please consider who you're working for."

"The dentists seem nice, however the communication and complete lack of trust I felt lost me as a costumer. I was frustrated by the miscommunication and lack of flexibility. I moved an entire schedule of meetings around to fit an appointment and called the day before to ask if I could be later. They even called the day of to ask where I was and I said on my way, to which they replied okay. However, upon arrival I was reprimanded for not being on time and told to reschedule. I explained that I had communicated this earlier and was told it would be fine. Nope. I was told I need to reschedule. Which with their lack of times and availability was not possible it seemed until another month down the line. The hygienist who rudely pointed out how upset she was by my lack of time commitment was asked by the receptionist how we could make this work. She replied with, “Well, if she was able to get here on time...” I had enough of her behavior and rudeness. Their lack of communication was not my fault. I moved everything around and called them twice to ask for clarification. Then they couldn’t fit me in at all to make it work. At that point I left, no one deserves to be reprimanded and mistreated like that, especially when it is so obviously a lack of communication on their part. I immediately called another dentist in town, and they were able to make it work the very next day and I’m not even a member there yet. After, my past experience this felt like a blessing to have such a helpful understanding person. I’m not one to write reviews, but I don’t want someone to put up with an event like this when there are better options out there. I wish I had looked at the reviews here first. I would not recommend this place for anyone."
