"I have leaved here for 2 years and this was the worse time of my life thanks to management company (Gaughan Companies). If you want a nice and quiet place to leave and you don't want your children to be around drug addicts and drunks and hear their swear talk all the times, If you want some sleep overnight DO NOT MOVE IN to this place. they never clean the community area, never respond to your calls or notices, and they just walk in to your apartment anytime they want without any notice. the staff (if you find any) have no respect after the first day you move in. Their care taker/manager and their property manager change about three times a year and none of them follow the lease agreement. All you hear is sorry (which really means it is what it is and you are trapped and you can't do any thing about it). So if you don't want to feel trapped like me DON'T SIGN THE LEASE."
