"This company shouldn't even get a 1 rating!! They sit on applications for over a month. They ask you for everything under the sun to qualify and get you to believe you'll have a place to call home but all they do is lie. Low income households need a place to live just like anyone else. Been paying rent for over 7.5 years and pay rent just fine but under a slumlord and just needed to find a better home for our 3 children two of which are disabled and my husband as well. You have to be a millionaire to live here what a joke!!"
