"Beautiful. Fairly steep for the first part and a ton of switchbacks. Want to come back to do the 7 mile hike."
"This place was really cool. Unfortunately the time we got there it was too late to walk on various trails for where we needed to be. We walked one short one that was beautiful to see some nearby mounds. Would like to go back sometime to see the other mounds. Very interesting historical place."
"We were just passing through and enjoyed the deck trail. Great trail for those in wheelchairs."
"Amazing trails. I wish we had more time and energy to explore more of them. They were all well kept with wood chips and clear trail markers. Some great views from the top as well. Main trail is uphill with a quite a few switch backs so you've been warned but once you get to the top from the visitor center it got a lot easier so see the few land marks up top."
"This is a great area to hike, picnic, explore the museum, and learn about the ancient culture of people who populated this area. The rangers were really nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They had answers to my questions and seemed to me to be passionate about the history of the site. The trails had some ascents that were a little taxing for me, a novice hiker, but i was able to do the loop to see the mounds and Firepoint within 3 hours."
