"very run down area, hypodermic needles all over parking lot"
"Charming space in an historic 1909 building. Perfect for a couple. Comfortable bed, fantastic claw foot tub for an herbal lavender soak, and a kitchen set up for 2 to cook gourmet meals with dishes, utensils, a fantastic spice/herb rack, and a cookbook catering to two people! Cast iron radiators gorgeous, but temp for the "floor" much to warm for us at 72 degrees. However, permission is granted to open windows in the rental instructions. Open windows and we were comfortable. Definitely would stay again."
