"Everyone is so kind here!! Especially the receptionists (The Debster!!), a lady working the night shift into the wee hours, and one of the guys that works the evening/night shift! I was looking for a missing earring and he went above and beyond trying to find it! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, plus the housekeepers are kind people. The location is superb."

But the bathroom doors in my room (and most likely in others) had no lock on them, were hard to open and were very loud. Another complaint is that i booked a room but when i came to the hotel the made be pay a $10 accidently fee."
