"Kevin Porter was the listing agent for a home we purchased in Ashland. We purchased the home long distance and expected small town realtors to have some kind of integrity. This one doesn’t. I reported you to the WI Realtor Association for your ethics Mr. Porter. I would not purchase a home this man is listing under any of his businesses in Ashland. For example he said the home we bought had new appliances and the microwave was from 2005 and the stove is from 2010. Food was splattered inside. When we questioned him he sent us a $200 check for an “appliance allowance”. Newer windows throughout don’t mean broken and non functioning and from the 1980’s. In a small town where reputation matters you think you would be more cautious with outright lies, but you’re not. I’m sharing my story, and all over town you have this reputation maybe that’s why you take advantage of people moving from out of town? BUYER BEWARE."
