Deerfield Townhomes

"I have put multiple requests in since September about my garage door not shutting all of the way. It took them until my pipes froze from the cold leaking through the garage for them to come LOOK at it. This problem still is not fixed. I was the one that went to Menards and get the necessary equipment to temporarily fix the toilet that FROZE off of the wall so that when it melted the apartment would not flood. With that being said these problem still have not been resolved and or even looked at again. It’s now been 3 weeks with no contact from the maintenance department and a non useable bathroom."

"In Hermantown school district. Quiet community with great amenities. The sauna is great during the cold winter and the pool and outdoor cooking area and fireplace is excellent for enjoying our short MN summers. We love our unit and the convenience of having an attached garage. We don’t have to worry about snow removal or lawn care. It’s easy living at Deerfield for a very fair price."

"Exercise room, pool, and sauna are good perks. Overflow parking is limited in the winter from snow, but car will be towed if you park in the street. First floor of apartment is 10 degrees colder than 2nd floor, no matter how you set the thermostat. Windows do not keep cold out and mold grows on the inside of the windows from condensation."

"A lot of residents that lack common courtesy, the neighborhood is loud, the overflow parking at my building is very inconvenient (and will be worse once the snow piles accumulate). The units are very overpriced for what you get. The maintenance staff is polite."
