"We moved to Aery 9 months ago and we love living in our beautiful spacious apartment. From our first visit we were impressed with the tour (by Valarie) and all the amenities offered. The “Move in” entrance with direct elevator access helped so much during the move. The open concept living room/kitchen is great with generous storage and counter space. We appreciate the large closets, in unit laundry, the view from the balcony, and the tasteful design style of the entire building. Having a storage area and in-door parking really makes life easier. All the outdoor spaces and other amenities are beautifully maintained and we appreciate the security of the building. The property manager Elyce is great, always responsive to questions, communicates updates and needed information and coordinates everything! We really love living here."

"I lived at Aery for a year and had the best experience.The apartments are spacious with lots of closet space and the building is well maintained. The amenities are top notch with monthly activities for residents.There was no monthly charge for parking outside which was a win for me! Management was always helpful & responsive with communication even on weekends. Always willing to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction!"

"Aery has been a great fit for us. We love our spacious apartment with wall- sized windows and huge closets. The kitchen is beautiful with plenty of cupboard and counter space. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained. We have enjoyed family picnics and fires in the community outdoor space and plenty of games in the indoor community spaces. Elyse is a great building manager and staff is very friendly. The view of fall colors from our balcony is spectacular! All the comforts of home without the headaches. We are happy to be part of the Aery community!"

"Lived her for over year, well located, great management and maintenance staff! Same familiar and caring, professional and accountable faces the entire time. Well appointed amenities, friendly community with fun on-site events sprinkled in throughout the year. Property continues to be invested in for landscaping and snow removal in the winter was always top notch! Building and direct communication was always timely. The building and apartment layout spaces were so well thought out. The furnishings, decor and sunsets, stunning! Thank you Aery and crew for a wonderful stay!"

"We moved in about a year ago, and our experience has been great so far. Moving in was easy. There is a big move in-room and access to an elevator so you don't have to bring everything up a flight of stairs. Management does an amazing job keeping the building running smoothly and keeping the building maintained/clean. The people in the building are friendly. Theres always different events or activities going on that welcome anyone to join. You can't beat the amenities that are included within the building. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place. Yes, sometimes you can hear your upstairs neighbors, but it is an apartment building it's hard to get away from that completely."
