"Sister moved into apt. on the 5th floor. The amenities are long, hot tub, sauna, workout room, roof top deck, entertainment areas, grills to use, vending machines, sitting areas, dog washing room, and laundry machines. Underground garage, so much more! She loves it, compared to her last apt. for the same price/ no benefits."

"These are some pretty quality apartments in Duluth. Some friends and I came to visit a tennant, and his room was pretty nice despite being on the bottom floor. The hot tub area at the bottom is superb, but you may have to deal with rude people on occasion. The workout and hang out areas on the same floor are small but useful. The sauna is excellent and gets hot rapidly when water is applied. The rooftop area is where a lot of the value for this place comes from. There is an indoor top floor with great views and an outdoor area with seating and a grill. Overall, living here is probably one of the better choices for Duluth residents."

"I just finished my lease here and from day one the management team here has been fantastic to deal with. All of the support staff are super friendly as well. The views from the rooftop never get old. The apartments are in great shape and mine was super quiet. 10/10 would recommend."

"We stayed at an Airbnb on the fourth floor overlooking the lake. It was absolutely wonderful and the apartments are very nice. It’s a secure building so you need a phob to get into the first two doors and a key fob in the elevator. There’s a nice rooftop sitting area with a gas fire pit. There’s a small room with tables and a big screen TV on the top floor. Down below on the first floor, they have an exercise room, Coffee with a variety of creamers, and in another room comfortable chairs and tables with a wall gas fireplace."
