Chase Bank

"Chase has really gone down hill. Very few tellers, absolutely no incentive is given to their customers in form of decent interest rates. I can never just walk in and speak to a "financial professional". I am not happy here time to find another bank.!!!!"

"I don't usually post reviews for banks. The customer service is always very good here. Never had an issue with that, but they really need to maintain the ATM machine section. Clean it up. Cut the trees or maintain it so there aren't a million bugs . after building it, they decided to never clean the ATM section. The floor is a mess. For those using the third machine, they get to smell the trash which hasn't been picked in ages."

"Worst bank ever. They did not want to help me at all set up auto pay or anything. Manager just said to figure it out all on my own online. I was on a dead line to set everything up also. Just lacks customer service and care for people who have not set everything up yet. I wont be going to this pigs nest again."

"The worst service if you have a Business Acct! They have major turn over witch causes bad customer service! They treat the employees from my store like criminals! I would recommend to not use this bank there are far better banks and credit unions that want you business!!!"

"Not helpful staff at all. I had to wait nearly an hour due under staffed. So I drove to to chase on tapo canyon where I did not have to wait and I was helped by very extremely nice gentleman. Sycamore needs to be redone I walked in asked for help and was ignored. I nearly closed all my accounts. Thanks to Evan I did not. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this branch ever again!!"
