"*update* Tim has still never once even tried to reach out to make things right. Was very unhappy with the way I was treated when I had a policy through Noah in Amery. Tim was very nice when I first signed up, then treated me with zero respect the entire time I had my policy. He was extremely rude to me towards the end. Now he is mistreating another family member of mine. I highly recommend people go elsewhere, plenty of places to get better prices and better customer service. Don't be fooled by when you first sign up, they seem nice. Maybe they are, but Tim was by far the worst agent I've ever had. I would give an even lower rating if I could."
