"We had the pleasure of coming to Northwest Wisconsin Veterinary Services a couple weeks ago, our 10 year old Furbaby Oreo was really sick, our normal vet couldn't get him in for a few days, I reached out to Northwest because we were so concerned and they said come right in, we did they evaluated him, gave him a shot of antibiotics, pain meds for a few days, and we followed up in a week... he's 100% better because of the care we received, Dr. Kersten reached out 3 times over the past few weeks to check in on how Oreo was doing, the compassion and level of care was amazing. We will be back for Oreo's future vet needs."

"Took my cat here to get updated vaccines and a health checkup. The staff were really nice and helpful. The appointment itself was quick and straightforward. I know they have a care credit card to help owners with expenses, which is really nice. Also, they have some cats that hang out around the clinic which is cool! Overall, great experience and will continue to schedule in the future."
