"Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo! Almost always only has 1 or 2 tellers even at the busiest days and times. No customer service here!"

"Worst customer service and waited for couple of hours even though my number is 2 but some of them servicing other customer who came later than us. So finally left without any help and planning to go back tomorrow and draw all account money so that I don't have to go back any more. They are very rude and very bad customer treatment and hope this Wells Fargo Bank may bankrupt soon."

"Always a huge line every time i come, only ever one or two tellers to assist customers. Always people walking out of line because they understandably dont want to wait twenty minutes for a simple transaction. Employees are friendly, but this has been a consistent issue since i started banking here three years ago."

"Slowest EVER branch. Saw 2 people get out of line and leave on 1 visit. Another time, there was only 1 teller, 3 customers, and they had the never to close the window because one person that was having an issue with the lock boxes. They should have made that person wait since they were in a secure place. If we had been held up... who would see the robber and press the alert button to get help?"
