"This is one of the best medical teams I have ever worked with. They were compassionate, kind, and listened well. I am so happy to have navigated such a scary event in my life with this team at my side. Almost 2 years in remission and counting!!!"
"They helped my dad quickly when Mayo clinic had us waiting for ages."
"I had a very bad experience at this place today. I brought my father who is currently dealing with cancer here and was treated like he didn't matter. At one point the nurse was literally laughing at him because he couldn't hear, which was part of the reason he was there as his situation has affected his hearing. The doctor came along and spoke to him as though he was incompetent. This really offends me as my father is already going through enough, and shouldn't have to be treated like this from the people are supposed to be helping him."
"Physician my husband saw, Dr Keikera, totally missed his diagnosis resulting in a 6 day hospital stay for him followed by. SNH visit. I feel she should have been more diligent in pursing the issues with his blood count after a bone marrow biopsy showed no concerns. His was given an appointment for a CT scan 6 weeks later with no other monitoring. I had to demand an appointment following his continued decline and was reluctantly given an appointment with a nurse practitioner. My husband was rushed to the ER & hospitalized with a severe strep infection in his blood. If a blood culture would have been done sooner, he would have not had to endure the severe progression of his symptoms. A CBC was not sufficient in this case & I believe doctor totally missed it. Care my husband received in the ER & Aurora Hospital was wonderful and most likely saved his life."
