He follows up and makes sure that if you have questions he answers them before you leave your appointment. "Dr. B is a great doctor. The reason I did not give him 5 stars is because it is unfortunate that his schedule is such that when my child or any member of my family is sick, you cannot get in to see him for two weeks. This was reason for switching from another provider....if I wanted to see a nurse practitioner or another doctor in the practice, I would list them as my primary care physician. I am not sure if this is an issue with the doctor, Bellin or the staff scheduling the appointments."
"Dr. Bongiorno rocks! In addition to being a stellar physician for myself, wife, and children, he always listens to and considers the opinions of his patients. Caring, kind, compassionate, and generous are his bedside manners. One time, he even worked my son into his schedule when there had been a scheduling error potentially causing us not to see him that day when I had taken a day off work. He perceived my frustration from afar even though I was trying to stifle it with the office team."
