"let me talk about the bullying at the school there are always event against bullying but when someone asks an adult to tell someone to stop that always say “ignore them” that did not work when i went to school there someone told me to kill myself i was very upset and i stood up for myself to get a teacher to call me the bully it was very bad for my mental health and it hurt that’s all i have to say"

"This school has some issues. Let me start with how the children’s recess is handled; they have other older students acting as staff on the playground. Irrespective of whether or not they’re intention to implement such a form of child labor under the guise of teaching the older children how to be responsible by way of being given the duty of being yard monitors in order to deal with the constant budget cuts the school district is always dealing with. They should really hire more qualified “adult” staff. There is NO way a fourth or fifth grader should be monitoring the first, second, third or even their own peers on the yard. They are children themselves and are not mentally/emotionally equipped to deal with issues that arise on the yard such as bullying, and minor disputes alone; the fact remains that they cannot properly make judgment calls and lack the proper training required."

"This school will not be my first choice to send my child, or even my last. This school has too many bullies, and nothing is ever done about it. The after school program has 85 children to 1 adult, very unsafe. Not enough eyes to keep watch on the kids. I'm offended how the principle handles confrontations, I received a letter that I basically verbally abused a child when in fact I went to the school to confront the coach after school and the little girl approached me and started to bad mouth me AND get in my face. After yelling at her, and yelling to go get her mother the confrontation escalated. The mother did absolutely NOTHING to her daughter about why she bullied my niece and how disrespectful she was yelling at an adult. And to top it off the school was more concerned about sending me a letter about my behavior instead of caring why I was so upset that my niece was being BULLIED by this little girl and her friend!!! Since when was it okay to allow bulling? and when will it stop!!! we need more proactive teachers and staff, and parent cooperation."
