"My full review for Oneida Behavioral Health broken down. The councilor's and psychiatrist's (10 stars) They are the reason people come here cause they are nice and actually listen and care for you. Calling and setting up appointments (Zero stars) The Calling and waiting time is Zero stars. Today I called to Reschedule my appointment and cause it was the first one I was sent to the Triage line. I was literally on hold for a hour and 2 mins before I finally left a message for them to call me back. No idea why people who reschedule have to be sent to triage even if its there first counseling appointment also a Hour hold time that's too long. This is exactly why I left 2 years ago the long call times just to not be fully heard on the situations the problem. Triage line should only be used for those in crisis not those who have been here before who want to see councilor's and get help. I would advice anyone if your calling them to set aside a hour or 2 just to have your calls answered casue triage always takes to long cause they only have one person answering the phones. Cause if you call for anything else for this place it takes literally 15 mins tops. Also they should not send rescheduling people to triage even if it is there first appointment cause they already sat in those call times to get the appointment set up in the first place."
