DHE Dependable Highway Express Sacramento

""Dependable" highway express is not a good title for this company. They are not dependable at all. I have taken 2 days off from work so i can be here to take delivery. Yesterday after waiting all day they call to tell me its being delivered today. They just called me today to say it wont be delivered and couldnt even schedule a new day for delivery because they didnt know where it was! Paid $3k for this equipment and now they dont know where it is!"

"Terrible service. I ordered a jdm engine online and the seller used this shipping company after they delivered the engine a week later they say that the company shorted me so they delivered a pallet with somebody else's art sculptures. At 6:00pm at night he shows up late The driver Huimeng Ung aka Mike is very rude and obnoxious and not patient he blocked the whole street keeping my neighbors waiting on him in their cars while he takes his sweet time he opens up the lift gate on the truck asking me insisting me to help bring a flashlight while he rotates his inventory while also trying to get the pallet which is not my job he was hurrying me up to move my 2 vehicles and needed my help to push the pallet inside my garage. After I opened the pallet it was some sculptures artwork so I contacted the original buyer( something this company should have done.) They're lucky there still are honest people in this world the driver shows up three days later without notice waiting for me until I show up and then hurrying me once again wanting me to move my vehicles to get the pallet from my garage. He showed up unannounced rushing me. They should have talked to us to make sure we were home. This guy seems like a unstable person. I wouldn't use this shopping company for nothing they should fire that driver"

"The driver was very rude. The dispatch say to not sign for anything until I opened the package and checked everything. Well the driver dropped the package, took pictures and left. Now after I opened the package of course something is broken. Now they don't want to take it back!!!! Pretty bad custom service. If I could give them a zero I would."
